DAY 2: FEAR
DAILY ACTION ITEMS
Nothing changes unless you take action.
Take 20-30 minutes today to complete the action items below.
Action #1: Write down your biggest fear.
What scares you the most? Write it down and share it in the Facebook group with #rymchallenge.
Action #2: Make a list of difficult things you've overcome in your life.
There are probably more than you think -- ran a marathon, aced that stats test in college, gave birth, landed your first client, left an unhealthy relationship, asked for a raise, negotiated your salary, did a Facebook Live, went back to school, moved to a new city... write down as many as you can think of!
Action #3: Cross out your biggest fear and replace it with, "I can do anything I put my mind to. I've done it before and I can do it again."
Then go back into the Facebook group and share an encouraging message with one or two other challenge participants who shared their biggest fear.
